Rental charges for the main house range from £900 to £1700 per week, dependant upon the season. If you want to rent the annexe as well this costs an additional £350 - £500 per week. These charges include weekly cleaning, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, gas and electricity. The only extras are laundry (£8 per person per week for bedlinen, towels, teatowels, table napkins) and telephone charges if these exceed 20 Euros.
